and Return Policy
Purchasing an item
White Studio is obliged to inspect the purchased item and deliver it undamaged to the customer at the specified address.
If the purchased item is damaged, the customer has the right to refuse to accept it. In this case, based on the corresponding report signed by the customer and the courier, the company will issue a full refund by bank transfer within 4 (four) banking days. In all other cases, items cannot be returned.
Exchanging an item
After receiving the purchased item, the customer may bring it within a maximum of 2 days to White Studio at the following address: 22/26 Janashia Street, Tbilisi (working hours 11:00–20:00). White Studio staff will inspect the item and, if it is not damaged, the customer may exchange it for an item of the same value or a more expensive one by paying the difference.
Privacy Policy
White Studio treats the confidentiality of personal data responsibly, including names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
Your data will be used in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
Delivery terms
Standard courier service
Orders placed before 16:00 are delivered by standard courier service the same day by 20:00. Orders received after 16:00 are automatically moved to the next day.
Prices for the preferred courier service are calculated by weight category.
